When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by SEPTEMBER 15TH at the latest!
What time should I arrive?
As much as we would love to have everyone at our ceremony, due to space and having it at a secondary location, we have decided to have a very small ceremony limited to our wedding party and close family. Please refer to your invitation to confirm when we have requested your presence.
Ceremony Guests:
Our ceremony begins promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask these guests to arrive at 3:15 PM to ensure a smooth start.
Reception Guests:
Our reception kicks off at 5:00 PM. We're looking forward to celebrating with all of you as we begin this new chapter together.
Where do I park?
Ceremony: Parking will be available across the road, please follow the signs. There will be a golf cart available to shuttle people if needed.
Reception: There is free parking available onsite located on the east and north sides of the building off of Mill Street, as well as a municipal parking lot directly across the street. Please park in the municipal lot if possible to save the closer parking for guests who may have trouble walking long distances. Thanks!
What happens if it rains?
For the small group of immediate family invited to the ceremony - the ceremony will be moved inside the Newcastle Town Hall (reception venue) if the weather becomes unfavourable. The reception is being held inside so no changes there.
What is the dress code?
Please join us in semi-formal attire and refrain from overly casual clothing such as golf shirts and shorts.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one or my children?
Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate additional guests or children beyond those listed on your invitation. We hope you understand our desire to keep our celebration intimate and memorable. Thank you for respecting our decision and for celebrating with us!
Will there be an open bar?
While we won’t have an open bar, we’ve arranged for a cash bar where drinks will be available for a small charge of $2 per drink. Bring your toonies!
Where should I stay if I'm coming from out of town?
As we have a limited number of guests traveling to join us, we have chosen not to secure a hotel block. However, we understand that some of you may be seeking accommodation, and we are more than happy to assist in recommending nearby hotels to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. Please feel free to reach out to either the bride or groom for personalized suggestions and guidance.
